A minimum of 1mg of antigen (1mg/ml) is required to inoculate each animal. The average serum yield is approximately 80 -100ml/rabbit.

A minimum of 2mg of antigen (1mg/ml) is required to inoculate each animal. The average serum yield is approximately 500-1000ml/ sheep/ goat.
Sheep and goats can be kept on long term project and bleeds can be taken monthly for a period of 5 consecutive months. The average serum yield per annum is 2500ml.
A schedule will be sent to the customer to approve and sign. This schedule lists when the project will start and when test bleeds are due to be sent to the customer.
