Purification

APS offers a range of purification and other services for monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies either customer developed or those developed by APS.

Purification methods are dependent upon the isotype of the antibody for culture (IgA, IgG or IgM).  Alternative methods of purification may also be available.

Antibody Fragmentation

Preparation of affinity matrices using customer-specific immobilised peptide and protein ligands;

Metal chelate affinity chromatography.

Conjugation

APS offers a comprehensive antibody conjugation service for the conjugation of antibodies following purification:

Small volume conjugation through to industrial volumes

A large range of markers including Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP), Biotin, Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) and a range of fluorochromes.
